We process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual Necessity: To process your purchases, maintain your entitlement ledger, and provide our services.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other legal requirements.

  • Bank Transfers: All payments are received via bank transfer. We use payment data solely to match payments to orders, verify the Same-Name” policy, and comply with AML obligations.
